8/04/2007 - Black Face appointed as the Hurricane Healing Ambassador for Africa. Black Face is one of the most successful artist in Africa today. He was part of the " Platashun Boyz" . He wrote one of Africa's top selling singles " African Queen " that Tu Face has made famous around the world. 3 x IMAGES of you for your Biography @ 300 DPI. |

Image of the CD artwork in JPEG format @ 300 DPI. |

Details of your website link. If you don't have a website then please advise us. Blue Pie can help with this process and send you a proposal to have a site created if you wish. |

Management details. If you have a manager or management team. If not then let us know. |

| 08 | News |
News of tours etc. and any special notes like super star artists that are on the CD. |

| 09 | Collection Society |
Details of membership with APRA or FINTAGE (www.fintage.com) or ASCAP (www.ascap.com) or BMI (www.bmi.com). If you are not a member then you need to go and join one of the societies. We will help you. Please advise. |

| 10 | Publisher |
Details of your publisher. If you are a published artist then we need to know this so that the publisher entitlements are correctly paid. If you do not have one then we administer these rights for you through our partner www.fintagehouse.com on your behalf as per the agreement. |
